The Annual Golf Event is the main fundraising vehicle for the Hebrew Hospital Home Foundation.  In it’s 10th year, the foundation continues to hold it’s event at Rockrimmon Country Club in Stamford, CT.

General Information

Arrival:
After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to the main entrance of the clubhouse for registration and brunch.

Registration:
After registering at the main entrance of the clubhouse please feel free to head inside for a breakfast buffet or head out to the practice range or putting green to warm-up.

Locker Rooms:

Lockers are available for use throughout the day.  A locker room attendant will be available.

Fees and Gratuities:
Hebrew Hospital Home Foundation Golf Outing takes care of fees and gratuities for staff and locker room attendants.  Additional gratuities are at each players discretion.

Practice Areas:
Putting greens and driving ranges will open at 8:30 A.M.

Golf Shop:
Golf Shop will open at 9:30 A.M.

Attire:
Men:  All men must wear a collared shirt.  No jeans (denim of any kind) or cut-offs are permitted on the golf course.

Women:  Proper golf attire is expected for women.  All skirts, shorts, and dresses must be mid thigh length or longer.  No jeans, cut-offs, or halter-tops of any kind are allowed.

Guests using the Clubhouse may be casually dressed.  Men are prohibited to wear hats in the Clubhouse at any time.  Denim of any kind will not permitted in the Clubhouse.

Car Keys:
Important Please bring your car keys with you onto the course.  After play, return your golf bag to your car before returning to the clubhouse to shower and change for dinner.

Scoring Procedure:
Each teams score will calculated using the Callaway handicapping system.

Tees
:
Men use the white or back tees.  Women use the red or forward tees.

Schedule of the Day:

9:30 AM  Registration

9:30 AM  Brunch

11:30 AM Shotgun start

4:30 PM Cocktail Reception, Hors D’oeuvres & Awards

Brunch, Refreshments, Cocktails and Hors D’oeuvres:
Brunch will be served on the second floor of the clubhouse in the dining room between 9:30-11:30.  Course refreshments and snacks can be found at the Half Way House, 10th and 15th holes.  Cocktails and Hors D’oeuvres will be served after play.

Final Foursome and Tee Assignments:
Available at registration.

Contests/Prizes:

There will be several contests throughout the day.  Prizes will be awarded during cocktail reception.  Categories include:

  • 1st - 3rd prizes for lowest foursome scores
  • Hole-In-One Prize
  • Straightest Drive Prize
  • Longest Drive Prize
  • Closest to the Pin Prize

Prizes include but are not limited to a Round of Golf, Golf shop gift certificates, cash, gift certificates and gear

Inclement Weather:
Please dress appropriately and be prepared to play under any weather conditions.
